You don't have to burn people out to get results.
After experiencing burnout too many times throughout my career, I walked away from corporate and entered the world ready to challenge the status quo.
After 30 years in the creative field and different industries, I founded Ezippy Co., a creative operations consultancy, to help Creative and Marketing teams by advocating for mental health support in the workplace, help teams build better process, create healthier team dynamics, and have some fun at work despite the corporate shenanigans.
But what about other teams out there experiencing burnout? They need help, too. And MORE PLAY and WAY MORE FUN.
And thus, Ezippy Co. presents The Recess Reset was born.
Where it's going...
Recess isn't going to fix this issue on it's own (or do it overnight). I was going to need help bringing play to work so employees could disconnect, recharge, and reset.
The experts and research continue to confirm the importance of play for grown-ups. People are craving different wellbeing experiences than what workplaces have offered in the past.
The Recess Reset will be adding different services and offerings to our roster to expand the different ways we can play.
